Recruitment
The Recruitment Pillar is focused on ensuring Katz is interviewing, hiring and retaining diverse talent. Together with Katz recruiters, Management and Human Resources, the Recruitment Pillar is tasked with creating relationships, uncovering opportunities and implementing programs all with the goal of ensuring Katz Media is a diverse workplace.

Education
The Stronger Together Education Pillar is responsible for developing DEI education tools for the council and staff. Through curating and distributing content, facilitating trainings, hosting events and leading conversations, the Education Pillar creates opportunities for engagement with Stronger Together’s mission.

Accountability
No DEI initiative is successful without accountability. The Accountability Pillar’s focus is on working with Senior Management to ensure Katz’ diversity, equity and inclusion vision and goals are met.

Kerry Sachs McFeetors

Executive Vice President, Katz Media Group

Kerry began her career as a seller at Katz Radio. She quickly rose into management and has served in various roles including manager of Katz Radio, General Sales Manager of Katz Radio, and eventually her current role as SVP, GSM of the KRG.

Kerry has 20+ years with Katz. She proudly serves on the Executive Committee of Stronger Together for Katz Media, is an active member of the Alliance for Women in Media, and is on the Executive Board of The Council for Women of Boston College, her alma mater. Kerry has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Radio, by Radio Ink, for the past 15 years. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Rich Vicente

Senior Vice President, DOS, Katz Radio Group

Rich’s Katz career started 21 years ago as a sales assistant before graduating the training program to become an Account Executive and then promoted to his current role as VP/Manager of Katz Radio.

He’s honored to serve on the Executive Committee of Katz Media’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council, Stronger Together. As a founding member of Stronger Together, Rich is focused on the overall success of DEI at Katz Media with emphasis on recruitment.
